The server on which this blog resides was recently hacked which meant the site was down for a day or two. Apologies if this confused anyone but as I have not been posting anything new lately and I didn’t even notice until my blog fairy informed me, I doubt it was a problem.
Consequently the theme for this blog has reverted to it’s standard look and I will have to spend a little time changing the colours back. I hope to do this today, however, as I didn’t write down the hex codes for the exact colours I used previously it might not look exactly like it did before. Well “a change is as good as a rest” so say!
I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to my awesome blog fairy for toiling away for hours to fix it, especially as he also has his own blog, a baby blog fairy to look after and many other sites to contend with.
Thank you, thank you, thank you

Well that was easy. Blog fairy must have done some more updates since yesterday as all my customised colors were back. All I had to do was remove the rainbowy background image and my mushy pea green was underneath – yay
LMAO, having seen your neon rainbow background, I assumed you had changed it, so when rebuilding this site I carefully re-instated it. Never mind.
You’re very welcome with the fixing. Once I’ve restored the other sites, I’m going to look into better securing them. Not guaranteed to prevent further hacks, but at the very least will stop our account from being the one that scum use to get access to the whole box.
btw, you had two comments waiting for approval/spamming/trashing in your dashboard. That is what the little number next to comments means
One was obvious spam from a squidoo user, Akismet picked it up on a second scan. The other one is on a dreadlock posts. See http://www.dryadmusings.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?comment_status=moderated
