I have been thinking about updating my blog for a long time now but, when my good friend Chris described it as “looking so malnourished” recently, it prompted me to action.
Aside from rarely posting anything I haven’t liked the look of my blog for a long time and as an aspiring web designer it just isn’t good advertising. So here it is; a completely new theme that will hopefully inspire me to write more!
The image I have used for the header is from a photo I took whilst visiting the Avebury stone circle on my last visit back to England, as was the last theme’s header image. This time I went for a wideangle landscape view of rolling hills and rape fields. I love the contrast between that and the somewhat brooding clouds with, of course, a stand of beech trees on the skyline.
I will keep tinkering as I’m sure there are refinements to make but hopefully this theme conveys more professionalism whilst maintaining it’s personal content.
